Restaking by EigenLayer is one of the most popular topics recently. There are a lot of articles on EigenLayer in the media. This article aims to summarise in a simple way what EigenLayer is and restaking, and how to participate in restaking in a liquid manner (LST) via EtherFi.

This is our first article on ETH-denominated delta neutral strategy.

EigenLayer's Concept

There are many articles on EigenLayer, some focus on economic aspects and some on technicality. Put it in a very simple way, EigenLayer creates a Layer 2 network, using stETH as native token. This is, of course, overly simplified, but nonetheless it reflects the economic gist (and ignores lots technical complexity).
